In order to customize our marketing for any property, we use the Four Cs to Classify, Customize, Connect, and Close to get to know the client so that our marketing is tailored to a specific audience

  1. 1 Classify

    We identify a database of high net-worth individuals with specific interests to match them with a property. For example, we can compile of list of horse enthusiasts for a property zoned for horses or a car enthusiast for a property with a galley style garage.

    For this property, we would be targeting area residents looking to upgrade or move into the area. We use proprietary technology to track the client’s likes and preferences through their interaction with various facets of our online presence. (Website, social media, etc)

  2. 2 Customize
